Our Story
Harris Court began with two sisters, a shared small-town upbringing, and a belief that businesses thrive when their people and their numbers are working from the same plan.
Together, we bring more than 20 years of combined experience in human resources and finance. Throughout our careers, we have seen how closely these two areas are connected—and how quickly organizations struggle when they are treated separately. Financial decisions affect people, and people decisions affect financial performance.
As a faith-based company, we believe our work should reflect honesty, stewardship, service, and accountability. We founded Harris Court to provide business owners with practical guidance they can trust—delivered with transparency, professionalism, and genuine care.
Our roots taught us the value of hard work, keeping our word, and treating people with respect. Those principles continue to guide how we serve every client today.

We communicate clearly, explain what we see, and never hide behind complicated language. Our clients deserve honest answers, realistic expectations, and a complete understanding of the decisions affecting their people and their business.
Faithful Stewardship
We treat every client’s people, resources, and trust with care. Guided by our faith, we believe responsible stewardship means serving thoughtfully, working diligently, and helping businesses build on a strong and sustainable foundation.
Our Mission
