The Harris Court Launch Back Office Setup is a hands-on, done-with-you service for contractors and small business owners who need help organizing the business side of their company.

This package includes a 90-minute working session, the Harris Court Launch Back Office Setup Workbook, and a 30-minute follow-up session within 14 days. Together, we’ll work through key areas such as QuickBooks structure, a construction-focused Chart of Accounts, customer and job setup, purchase orders, billing and A/R, vendor and subcontractor organization, professional email/domain setup, overhead budgeting, and basic back-office workflows.

This service is designed to help you move from “I know what I need” to “I have a system in place.”
